With this voucher, your loved ones need to contact our team in Lebanon in order to arrange the delivery day and time. Free delivery is available in the following areas: Kesrouan, Metn, Beirut, Jbeil and Baabda in Lebanon.

- Redeem policy
The voucher can only be redeemed once. The voucher is valid only at the voucher redeem location as specified on this voucher. The voucher has to be used in the 48 hours. This voucher will be considered null and void after five days of its purchase. In the event of any dispute, the decision from the issuer is final.
This voucher is only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer. Vouchers may not be combined with other offers!
All brand names and logos on this voucher are owned by the issuer unless otherwise indicated. Without written permission of the issuer, it is not permitted to use these marks.
Due to the current situation in Lebanon, some brands might be replaced with brands of similar value.
Despite the constant care and attention that is paid to the composition of this voucher and the information it contains, the issuer can not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the data. The issuer accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages of any nature whatsoever, arising from or in any way connected with the use of the voucher.

7. Refund Policy
A perishable product is any product which has a “use by”, “best before” date stamped on the product which expires 6 weeks or less from the date of delivery.
You can cancel any non-perishable product at any time up to fourteen working days beginning on the day after you receive it and we’ll gladly refund it – simply contact our Customer Service team via our Contact-us Form. Any non-perishable product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If you discover a product is faulty or damaged we will gladly refund it. Please let us know by using our online form.
If the product affected is a perishable product, it would help us if you could contact us before the expiry of the “use by”, “best before” date stamped on the product.
While we don’t offer exchanges, you’re more than welcome to re-order any refunded item on your next purchase.
You can cancel any perishable product at any time prior to the day of delivery at 8:00AM. You cannot cancel a perishable product after this time unless it is damaged or faulty.
When your delivery arrives, if you notice an item is missing, please let the driver know and your bill will be recalculated. If you realise any items are missing from your order after your driver has left, please let us know by using our Contactèus form.
